Real estate investing that spans generations
Michael Baum began investing in real estate in California soon after immigrating to the US after WWII. Through hard work and successful entrepreneurial ventures he bought his first apartment building investment in San Francisco during the 1950’s. This sparked a long run of real estate investing that is continued today by subsequent family generations.
