  • Single tenant preferred

  • Maximum of 18,000 square feet per unit

  • Primary and secondary markets only

  • Desirable retail locations with strong demographics

  • Strong location and site fundamentals

  • No ground leases

  • 10+ years remaining on lease term preferred


Multifamily Residential


  • Between 5-40 units

  • Located in Colorado, Utah, or the Bay Area

  • B/C Class Properties

  • Strong site and location fundamentals

  • 1975+ built date preferred

  • Mixed use considered
